My process begins with listening. It's essential I unlock the core of what a brand wants to say and how its audience wants to hear it. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure we’re aligned on the objectives, timelines, and outcomes. This insight-driven approach allows me to shape content strategies that are set for success.

Research & Kick-off

Every key initiative starts with a kickoff meeting. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, from product to sales, to align content strategies with broader business objectives. By factoring in product and marketing roadmaps, as well as quarterly and yearly targets, I ensure the content I create is in sync with the company’s goals and timelines.

Planning & Strategy

With a clear focus on business objectives, I create a strategy that brings creativity and data together. Through a go-to-market plan or a campaign brief (or both!), I map out essential details: goals, stakeholders, target audience, messaging framework, channels, and timelines.

Execution & Collaboration

Once the strategy is set, I coordinate with stakeholders to bring the vision to life. I take an agile approach, constantly iterating and incorporating feedback to ensure each piece aligns with our goals. Throughout, I keep a close eye on deadlines, balancing speed with quality, ensuring content fits seamlessly into the larger product and marketing roadmap.

Analysis & Refinement

The work doesn’t stop at launch. I gather performance data, review results, and continuously refine content. Feedback loops are essential to this process, and I integrate insights to tweak, optimize, and improve. Additionally, I develop repurposing plans—ensuring that content can be leveraged across multiple platforms and formats, extending its life cycle and value.

Beyond work

I find joy in capturing life’s little moments through my camera, visiting museums, and baking treats that bring smiles to those I love. Time spent in nature always helps me reset, and I’m inspired by films that explore the raw and beautiful sides of human emotions.

I love the energy of live music, getting lost in a good book, and going on spontaneous adventures with my dog, Bubz. When it comes to books, mystery and thriller are my favorite genres. My guilty pleasures include collecting notebooks, coffee cups, and ballpoint pens.
